Delete your account

How to request deletion

1. Email support@rev1digital.com from the email address you sign in to Rev1 Voice with, with the subject "Delete my Rev1 Voice account".
2. We confirm the request by replying to that address.
3. We delete your account within 30 days and email you when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account (Google account ID and email address) and all sign-in sessions
• Your vocabulary (words you taught the app) and synced settings
• Links to any computers you paired

What is kept

Usage records (date, character and token counts, cost; never any text) are kept for up to 7 years for billing and tax, no longer linked to your email. Dictated text and audio are never stored, so there is nothing to delete.
